WebCon What's New WebPart for SharePoint reports all changes in observed sites or sites collection. Elements that have changed recently are presented in a form of a table, containing:
Element's name,
Site's name,
Date of change,
Author of changes.
The WebPart can be configured to monitor only specific types of lists or documents. Of course only changes to elements the user is entitled to view ared displayed.
